The Heart: Organ of love.

Why is the heart in control of all loving emotions?

It gets us into trouble because it doesn't have the wisdom or rationality of the mind.

It doesn't have legs to move forward.

It doesn't have lungs to take in anything new to get rid of the old.

How does the heart handle such an emotion as love?

Or any other emotion?

Emotions are a force to be reckoned with and they are left to the heart to be expressed

Understood

Taken.

Given.

But sometimes the heart messes up.

It has emotions that don't quite reach the head for it to understand.

Then we start to mess up too.

We start to mix all of our emotions into this pool of everything we've ever felt.

Pain

Anger

Happiness

Sadness

Warmth

Cold

Fear

Courage

Boldness

Love.

The walls we build to keep others out come tumbling down and we feel all of those feelings

Just...

Jump right back into us and we don't know how to interpret any of them.

Express any of them

Take any of them

Give any of them.

So tell me: Why is the heart to be trusted when all of our emotions turn into such a raw pain?

How do all of our emotions come together to create such an intense hurting?

Maybe that's what tears are.

A mix of colided emotions that don't know where to go.

So they come through our eyes.

Where we can see why the emotions become so mixed.

Why we have such and intense sense of hurting that eats us up.

What I still wonder are many things.

Why the heart is the bearer of emotions is one of them.

Human Dignity + compassion = Peace.
